To say that this hotel surprised me is to put it lightly. Don't take your family with children there, but if two of you need a clean room that's close to the Caverns, go for it. I'll certainly stay again when I'm in Carlsbad.
This room was just what I needed for 2 nights, while visiting the Carlsbad Caverns. Simple but comfortable and quiet accommodations, EXTREMELY CLEAN, excellent WiFi, and a real breakfast (accept the burrito Bani makes!)

Great value. Friendly owners. It's like a dorm room. Perfect for me and my boys on a weekend trip to see the caverns, but honestly I wouldn't bring my wife as she would have nit picked it. My guess is that this place was built to house the oil field workers back in the 2017-2019 oil boom.
Perfect for an overnight stop! Did a Christmas travel trip and stayed here on our way out and back. Unique but convenient and cheap. You get everything you would get from bigger hotels but just on a smaller scale for half the price. It includes breakfast too. Hand made breakfast burritos. Very nice owners

Located just South of Carlsbad, the location is kind of easy to miss, even with a huge sign out front. The business looks more like a self storage location than a hotel. The rooms are microscopic, with almost no room to walk around, but very clean and surprisingly well insulated, which means they're really quiet. With the door shut, I didn't hear a thing outside. This place is great if all you want is a bed and TV and the price is reasonable for the area. The free breakfast is weak at best, and I'd recommend skipping it. The coffee was ok, no complaints.
Stayed here during the thanksgiving weekend while visiting Guadalupe and Carlsbad national park. This inn is closest to the parks, it’s no frills, no BS kinda place. Loved the cats roaming around the property. There is a substantial highway noise but it just becomes white noise after a while.
